D.J. MacCormick Property Group, a privately owned family company, was formed in 1974. From its beginnings in the civil engineering sector, the company has expanded into residential, industrial, commercial sales & leasing, project management and development analysis.

We have an established track record of delivering land estates and property to the highest standard with sensitivity to environmental and community interests.

The Group is currently developing and project managing six residential developments in Western Australia. They are Byford West (Byford), Waterwheel Ridge (Bedfordale), Via Vasse (Busselton), Alexander Parklands and Finn Crest (Geraldton) and Village Green (Hilbert) totalling over 1500 residential lots ranging from 300m2 to 5371m2.  There are also two future developments in Wellard that are currently in the planning phase of development.

The company owns three commercial properties in the Perth CBD at 184, 200 and 228 Adelaide Tce Perth, Western Australia with approximately 14,000m2 of office space.

In addition, DJ MacCormick have industrial land holdings in Hazelmere, Maddington, Busselton and the Gold Coast.
