The privately owned family company was formed in 1974 and from its beginnings in Civil Engineering sector the D.J. Mac Cormick Property Group has continued to specialize in residential, industrial, commercial sales & leasing, project management & development analysis.

The company has an established track record of delivering land estates and property to the highest standard with sensitivity to environmental and community interests.

D.J. Mac Cormick Property Group is currently developing and project managing six residential developments in Western Australia. They are Waterwheel Ridge(Bedfordale) , Fintown(Seville Grove) , Glenfin(Seville Grove) , Via Vasse(Busselton) , Alexander Parklands(Geraldton) and Finn Crest(Geraldton) totaling 880 residential lots ranging from 350m2 to 4600m2.

The company also has two commercial properties in the Perth CBD at 184 Adelaide Tce and 200 Adelaide Tce , Perth Western Australia with 11,000 m2 of office space.

To meet future demands for residential and industrial lots the company has a portfolio of over 3000 hectares of residential and industrial land in Western Australia & Queensland.
