The privately owned family company was formed in 1974 and from its beginnings in Civil Engineering sector the D.J. Mac Cormick Property Group has continued to specialize in residential, industrial, commercial sales & leasing, project management & development analysis.

The company has an established track record of delivering land estates and property to the highest standard with sensitivity to environmental and community interests.

D.J. Mac Cormick Property Group is currently developing and project managing five residential developments in Western Australia. They are Waterwheel Ridge (Bedfordale Estate)  , Via Vasse (Busselton Estate) , Alexander Parklands (Geraldton Estate), Finn Crest (Geraldton Estate) www.geraldtonlandestate.com and Village Green (Brookdale Estate)totalling over 900 residential lots ranging from 300m2 to 5371m2.

The company also has two commercial properties in the Perth CBD at 184 Adelaide Tce & 200 Adelaide Tce  Perth Western Australia with 10,090 m2 of office space.
