The privately owned family company was formed in 1974 and from its beginnings in Civil Engineering sector the D.J. Mac Cormick Property Group has continued to specialize in residential, industrial, commercial sales & leasing, project management & development analysis.

D.J. Mac Cormick Property Group is currently developing and project managing five residential developments in Western Australia. They are Waterwheel Ridge(Bedfordale) , Glenfin(Seville Grove) , Via Vasse(Busselton) , Alexander Parklands(Geraldton) and Finn Crest(Geraldton) totaling 880 residential lots ranging from 350m2 to 4600m2.

The company also has three commercial properties in the Perth CBD at 184 Adelaide Tce, 200 Adelaide Tce and 228 Adelaide Tce Perth Western Australia with 16,500 m2 of office space.
